As Shelter and Rescue Partners, we are part of a national mission to save animals from abuse. Animals that experience high stress in shelter environments and display fearful or aggressive behaviors are often transferred to local, foster-based rescue groups.     ●    An organization affiliated with a national or regional breed rescue association.
    ●    A public animal care and control agency.
