APPOINTMENTS

We know that times can get tough and that you may need to surrender your animal. Surrendering your pet is the last thing that any of us want to do, but it’s sometimes necessary for the animal’s well-being. Our staff is here to make this difficult transition easier for both you and your animal.

Please remember, our policy is ONE animal per owner surrender appointment.

** If the pet is brought to us with severe behavior concerns, chronic disease, or advanced age, the owner will be asked to make an appointment for humane euthanasia.

Please note that your appointment is a tentative appointment and can change. When our pet retention team reaches out, there will be some additional steps that will need to be taken before your animal will be fully approved for surrender. The staff member will discuss these additional steps with you.
